About the Owners:
VenusFlytrap.com is a small family-run business based out of Wilmington, North Carolina. We are avid gardeners experienced in all aspects of horticulture, including organic gardening, indoor growing, and hydroponics. Many of the techniques we use to grow carnivorous plants have been adopted from hydroponics and modified to provide perfect growing conditions without damaging the plants. Although we propagate clones of his plants from tissue culture, it is our belief that divisions and cuttings make for stronger plants. Therefore, we allows his mother plants to grow unrestricted. Our online supply excludes cultivars that can easily be mistaken for others so instead we only offer ones that exhibit vigorous growth, unique shape, and brilliant colors that distinguish them from the rest. Nearly all profit is used to attain and grow new varieties so email firstname.lastname@example.org if you are looking for a specific species or variety that is not listed online. If you have something rare, you are welcome to inquire about trading.
