Hello! I just received my 3 pack random vfts and they look great! I was wondering if you could help me identify which cultivars they are. I have a red one labeled "lsr" and two green ones, labeled "fx" and "lsg". Thank you!

I ordered one large B52 and I received 2 medium-sized and one extremely small-sized plant. Alongside this, a week after planting, the new growth began to die off and the plant does not seem to be doing well. This starkly contrasts all my other Venus flytraps who have been thriving under the same conditions. Customer service has also been rude when I ask for help and take a long time to respond. From Staff: Customer sent us over 25 emails repeatedly and incessantly asking us what he is doing incorrectly after we already provided him with our explanations.

I transitioned to a red blue grow light and turn it on when I wake up and turn it off when its gets dark to simulate actual daytime for my area and stocked up on a few gallons of distilled water. Had a couple leaves and traps go black and fall off but new traps emerged from where I trimmed them back. I waited until they turned completely black and trimmed right above the white parts of the plant that is immediately under the surface layer of the moss.

This is a short note to let you know the plants arrived fine (on schedule) and look great! Thank you, especially that each had a double crown (B52 has some more smaller ones too). It seemed like a lot of moss, but I wet it all figuring you knew your material better, and happy I did, for the extra pots.

I placed my order at noon, and by 6pm the same day it was processed and in the hands of USPS! The plant was well packaged and arrived in pretty good shape. The instructions that came with it were very clear and helpful! It has been about a week since I received my venus flytrap and it seems to be doing well so far. When it arrived it had 7 traps, 5 that were closed and 2 open. Since then 2 of the closed traps have reopened and 1 of them has started turning black. My only disappointment is with the number of traps. The pictures on the product page show plants with twice as many or more fully developed traps then the one I received had. I am not sure if what I received is what you typically get for an "adult" plant, but the product pictures indicated it would have had more traps.

I have purchased MULTIPLE. venus fly traps, different types, all of which have been gorgeous specimens. They arrive promptly, in very good condition, the prices are excellent, and the shipping is FREE (a huge bonus). Joel provides detailed instructions on planting, feeding, and caring for these beauties. Also, he has excellent videos, covering all aspects of fly trap management. I am totally pleased with Joel's and highly recommend them without reservation. If you want venus fly traps, you have found the right source.🤗🙌

Hey, it seems that the Nepenthes will recover. Thanks for the advice. Also, I just received the new order of N. alata and N. gaya. They look fantastic. Here's a pic after I just opened the box. Thanks again. Thank you. I now realize that accidental direct sun exposure damaged the first Nepenthes. I'll definitely be buying more from you in the future and recommending you to friends.
